Operations Managers (Ref:102)

Operations Managers (Ref:102): Participate in short- and long-range planning to select and utilize appropriate technologies to meet the evolving needs of the company. Supporting the Executive Management with monitoring, reporting, and testing of the IT policies and procedures. Work with clients, vendors to execute effectively all signed contracts from bidding opportunities until final deliverables. Play an active role in responding to and developing solutions for component failures and complex technical problems in all areas to deliver a sound and stable computing infrastructure. Develop and maintain effective and productive working relations with user departments, senior managers, and vendors. Monitor information and communication platforms for all in-house staff as well as outsourced teams. Ensure timely completion of reporting; including, but not limited to, daily reports, monthly/quarterly reports, month end/quarterly processing and posting, specialized reports for projects such as project appraisal and benefit-cost analysis, financial statement, operational risk and process. Tools Used: Cloud Computing Server; Microsoft Windows Server; SAP ERP; IBM – SPSS; Basecamp, Bitrix24; Oracle-Crystal Ball. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Minimum experience: One (1) year. Must have one (1) year of experience in: Cloud Computing Server; Microsoft Windows Server; SAP ERP; IBM-SPSS; Basecamp; Bitrix24; Oracle-Crystal Ball.
