The PJSC United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) (Russian: Объединённая авиастроительная корпорация, tr. Obyedinyonnaya Aviastroitelnaya Korporatsiya (OAK)) is a Russian aerospace and defense corporation. With a majority stake belonging to the Russian Government, it consolidates Russian private and state-owned aircraft manufacturing companies and assets engaged in the manufacture, design and sale of military, civilian, transport, and unmanned aircraft. Its headquarters are in Krasnoselsky District, Central Administrative Okrug, Moscow.[12]’

United Aircraft Corp. JSC engages in the development, construction, and sales of military and civil aircrafts. Its activities also include warranty services and maintenance of aircraft, upgrade and repair; development, manufacture, sale, and repair of armaments and military equipment; and provision of consulting, information technology, analysis, management, and agency services. It operates within the following segments: Sukhoi Holding, Irkut Corporation and Other Units. The Sukhoi Holding segment includes development and production of military combat aircraft as well as development of the civil aircraft programme SSJ-100. The Irkut Corporation segment involves in the production of military combat aircraft as well as development of the training military aircraft Yak-130 and civil aircraft programme MC-21. The Other Units segment engages in the designing and manufacturing of various types of aircraft as well as repair and maintenance of existing civil and military aircraft. The company was founded on November 20, 2006 and is headquartered in Moscow, Russia.
