CBOE Holdings, Inc. is a holding company for Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated, C2 Options Exchange, Inc., CBOE Futures Exchange LLC and other subsidiaries. The primary business of the company is the operation of markets for the trading of listed options contracts on three broad product categories: the stocks of individual corporations, various market indexes and other exchange-traded products such as exchange-traded funds and exchange-traded notes. It also offers futures and options on futures products through a futures market. The company operates through one segment. CBOE is the primary market and offers trading for listed options through a single system that integrates electronic trading and traditional open outcry trading on the trading floor in Chicago.
