SegmentFault

SegmentFault is a Q&A website that enables programmers to solve problems in the IT field. Since its launch, SegmentFault has gathered 100 thousand developers.

SegmentFault is based on the self-developed open-source framework called Typecho Framework, which is an easy, lightweight, and extensible PHP framework. The front-end of SegmentFault adopts responsive design, using technologies including Sass, Compass, jQuery, and more. The whole project is collaborated through GitHub, BaseCamp, and Gmail.
