Ron Baron

Ronald Stephen Baron is an American mutual fund manager and investor. He is the founder of Baron Capital, an investment management firm. The New York City based firm, manages the Baron Funds, which he also founded, and has approximately $26 billion in assets under management.

  • Ron Baron is the CEO of Baron Funds, a money management firm he founded in 1982; it has $30 billion in assets under management as of September 2019.
  • The buy-and-hold investor’s $7 billion flagship fund, Baron Growth, has an annual turnover of just 3%.
