Navistar International Corporation (formerly International Harvester Company) is an American holding company, that owns the manufacturer of International brand commercial trucks, IC Bus school and commercial buses, Workhorse brand chassis for motor homes and step vans, and is a private label designer and manufacturer of diesel engines for the pickup truck, van, and SUV markets. The company is also a provider of truck and diesel engine parts and service.

The company is engaged in the manufacturer of International brand commercial and military trucks, IC Bus brand buses and MaxxForce brand diesel engines under the Monaco RV family of brands. It also provides service parts for all makes of trucks and trailers. The company operates its business through four segments: North America Truck, North America Parts, Global Operations and Financial Services. The North America Truck segment manufactures and distributes trucks and buses in the common carrier, private carrier, government, leasing, construction, energy/petroleum, military vehicle, and student and commercial transportation markets, under the International and IC brands. It also produces concrete mixers under the Continental Mixers brand and refuse truck bodies under the E-Z Pack brand. The North America Parts segment supports the International, IC buses, WCC, MaxxForce, and other product lines, through the provision of proprietary product and service parts to its customers. The Global Operations segment includes businesses that derive their revenue from outside core North America markets and primarily consists of the IIAA engine and truck operations in Brazil and export truck and parts businesses. The IIAA engine operations produce diesel engines, primarily under contract manufacturing arrangements, as well as under the MWM brand, for sale to OEMs in South America. The Financial Services segment provides and manages the retail, wholesale, and lease financing products, which are sold by the Truck and Parts segments within the U.S. and Mexico. Navistar International was founded in 1902 and is headquartered in Lisle, IL.
