Jerry Speyer
Jerry I. Speyer is an American real estate developer. He is one of two founding partners of the New York real estate company Tishman Speyer, which controls the Rockefeller Center and the Chrysler Building.

- Speyer started the firm with his late father-in-law, Robert Tishman, in 1978. The marriage ended in divorce, but the company survived.
