- King of Manhattan storefronts, Jeff Sutton commands some of the highest rents in the country with pricey leases to such brands as Armani and Escada.
- In August 2019, Puma opened a new 18,000-square-foot flagship store at his Wharton Properties’ 609 Fifth Avenue location.
- The building was formerly occupied by American Girl, a deal that put him on the map. The doll retailer has since moved to Rockefeller Plaza.
- In late 2016, he and SL Green signed Nike to a new lease, wooing the sports brand out of its Trump own location.
- Sutton also owns Manhattan’s Crown Building, which he bought with General Growth Properties for $1.8 billion in 2015.
