Igor Albertovich Kesaev is a Russian billionaire retail businessman. On the Forbes 2016 list of the world’s billionaires, he was ranked #722 with a net worth of US$2.4 billion. Kesaev’s home town is Vladikavkaz and he resides in Moscow.
- Megapolis, the company established by retail magnate Igor Kesaev and his partner Sergei Katsiev, controls 70% of Russia’s cigarette market.
- Philip Morris and Japan Tobacco International bought 40% of Megapolis for $1.5 billion in 2013 in one of the biggest deals in the Russian consumer market.
