Hitachi, Ltd. is a Japanese multinational conglomerate company headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. It is the parent company of the Hitachi Group and formed part of the Nissan zaibatsu and later DKB Group of companies before DKB merged into the Mizuho Financial Group.
