Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank, founded on June 28, 2012, is a joint-stock commercial bank which was restructured on the basis of the formerly Qingdao Rural Credit Cooperatives (rural cooperative bank) and approved by the State Council and China Banking Regulatory Commission.
