Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd. is a Chinese pharmaceutical company. The parent company of Sinopharm Group was Sinopharm Industrial Investment, a 51–49 joint venture of state-owned enterprise China National Pharmaceutical Group and civilian-run enterprise Fosun Pharmaceutical.

Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd. is a distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products and a value added supply chain service provider in the People’s Republic of China. The company operates its business through the following segments: Pharmaceutical Distribution, Retail Pharmacy, and Other. The Pharmaceutical Distribution segment provides distribution, logistics and other value-added services for domestic and international pharmaceutical and healthcare products manufacturers and other suppliers. The Retail Pharmacy segment handles the day-to-day operation of medicine chain stores. The Other segment is engaged in the production and sale of pharmaceutical products, chemical reagents and laboratory supplies. The company was founded on January 8, 2003 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
