Navrina Singh

Navrina Singh is Product leader focused on Artificial Intelligence at Microsoft, where she is responsible for building and commercializing Enterprise Virtual Agents. Prior to that as Directior of business development, Navrina was responsible for product strategy and strategic partnerships to forge new businesses leveraging AI technologies. Prior to Microsoft, Navrina spent 12+ years at Qualcomm Incorporated, where she held multiple roles across engineering, strategy and product management. Most recently she was the head of Qualcomm ImpaQt, technology incubator within company’s Strategy and M&A organization, she was responsible for architecting a blueprint for innovation, partnership and co-creation to work with early stage startups in Machine Intelligence.

Navrina is a Young Global Leader with World Economic Forum, for her work in technology, Startup ecosystem & Diversity and Inclusion. Navrina currently sits on the industry advisory board of the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering/Electrical Engineering, the board of Hera Labs–a San Diego based business accelerator for women, the board of Alliance for Empowerment–a non-profit focused on empowering underserved groups through technology, and the Technology Council for FIRST Robotics–a non-profit focused on encouraging young people to experience and explore STEM education and careers. At Qualcomm, Navrina founded Qualcomm’s first women’s initiative called QWISE, Qualcomm Women in Science and Engineering, focused on personal and professional development of women and on building strong representation and pipeline of women in leadership roles.

Navrina holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
