The fund targets companies operating across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare services, business services, education, energy, financial services, consumer products, restaurants & food services, containers & packaging, automotive services, manufacturing, retail, aerospace & defense and chemicals. It provides financing in the form of senior secured loans, second lien senior secured loans, mezzanine debt and equity with investment size ranges from $1 – $500 million. It acts as a lead investor and takes a seat on the board of directors.
