Yunli Lou

Yunli Lou serves as the Managing Director, Founding Partner, and Managing Partner at Milestone Capital Management Limited. Lou founded the firm in 2007 and is responsible for the firm’s overall management, investor relations as well as deal sourcing and execution. Lou is a Senior Consultant at VisionChina Media Inc. Lou served as Vice President of Merrill Lynchs Direct Investment Group, where she joined in 1995 and was responsible for its investment activities in Greater China. She was part of the Corporate Finance division of Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong. Lou is a Non-Executive Director of Yuhua TelTech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., since 2004. She is a Director of China BCT Pharmacy Group, Inc., since March 17, 2011. Lou was a Director of VisionChina Media Inc. since March 2007. Lou holds a B.S. in Economics from Harvard University in 1992, where she was the recipient of the John Harvard Scholarship.
