Ufa State Aviation Technical University

Ufa State Aviation Technical University is a large scientific and educational, innovative and productive complex with well-known science schools that train highly qualified professionals at all levels: BSc, Specialists, MSc, Candidates and Doctors of Sciences. ‘Science is the basis of quality education’ – this moto was declared at USATU more than 50 years ago. Integration of science, industry and education is one of the basic conditions for the development of the university. All graduates of USATU have the opportunity to get a job in their field. Enterprises not only in Russia but also from all over the world are interested in USATU graduates. Twice a year USATU hosts Career Days, which involves job fairs, master classes on effective job search; presentation of separate enterprises for students, excursions to enterprises are organized in the framework of the program ‘USATU Industrial Tourism’. In particular, during winter holidays USATU annually organizes students visiting tours to the leading enterprises of aviation and space-rocket complex of Russia. For students not only from Russia but also from abroad the university holds ‘Summer Aerospace School.’ Its purpose is to focus the young people on specialties and professions related to science and technology of aviation and astronautics, to popularize the national aviation and astronautics, to enhance the prestige of the aerospace industry, to prepare young people for entrance to educational institutions.
