London Metropolitan University

London Metropolitan University has an excellent tradition of transforming lives, building careers and meeting needs. Our origins can be traced to the year 1848, when the London Metropolitan Evening Classes for Young Men strove to improve the condition of the capital?s working youth. Today, we continue in our mission to provide access and are proud of the important role we play in society. Four different faculties, covering architecture and design, life sciences and computing, business and law, and the social sciences, provide world-class research and quality teaching. Our three campuses at Aldgate, Holloway and Moorgate are based at the very heart of London?s exciting creative, cultural and commercial districts and are proud of being a multicultural and multinational community. The University has over 18,000 students and our graduate starting salaries are among the highest for modern universities. In addition to focusing upon academic competencies, each and every course is designed with our students in mind. We aim to ensure that they are well equipped for life after university, providing practical, career-orientated knowledge and the employability skills graduates need to succeed.

At London Metropolitan University we transform lives through education and research of quality, meet society?s needs through our socially responsible agenda, and build rewarding careers for our students, staff and partners.
