Lee Shin Cheng was a Malaysian business magnate, investor, and philanthropist. Lee Shin Cheng heads IOI Corporation Berhad, better known as IOI Group, as its executive chairman.
- Lee chaired IOI Corp., a leader in oleo-chemicals and one of Malaysia’s largest palm oil companies, before his death in June 2019.
- His younger son leads property group IOI Properties.
- The late Lee grew up on a rubber plantation where his father ran a Chinese food shop.
