Kursk State Medical University
KSMU is the largest educational institution in the region. To date, the university has about 9,000 students, of which almost 7,000 are students who receive higher education; more than 900 students of the system of secondary vocational education; about 700 coordinators and post-graduate students; more than 9000 – health and higher education specialists who study under the programs of additional postgraduate education. Annually almost 1000 entrants become students of the medical university. Training depending on the profile of the specialty and the form of education is carried out at 13 faculties of the KSMU for 105 educational programs.
