Konkuk University

Konkuk University, located in the heart of Seoul, comprises 12 undergraduate colleges and 13 graduate schools, offering a diverse range of programs while the GLOCAL (Chungju) Campus, also part of the university, consists of 5 undergraduate colleges and 4 graduate schools. Thanks to its drive for innovation in education and improvement of research capacity, Konkuk University has been selected for a string of large-scale projects funded by the Korean government, including the PRogram for Industrial Needs-Matched Education (PRIME) and the Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation Plus (LINC+) project.

For over seventy years, Konkuk University has helped educate the young minds of Korea in technology and scientific research based on the virtues of sincerity, fidelity and righteousness. The university has two campuses, one in Seoul (main) and the other in Chungju (GLOCAL). The main campus located in Seoul is easily accessible from Incheon International Airport and downtown Seoul by public transportation. The campus offers a great academic and fitness facilities, including the KU Smart Factory, the KU Center for Inter-University Research Facilities for Technology, the KU Center for Inter-University Research Facilities for Bioscience, and the KU PRIME Bioscience Lab furnished with state-of-the-art research equipment, a gymnasium, a health care center, and a library.
