Xu Rongmao, JP, or Hui Wing Mau in Cantonese, is a Chinese-Australian entrepreneur and billionaire, and the founder and the chairman of Shimao Property. Xu is the 8th richest man in mainland China, according to the Hurun Report China Rich List, with a net worth of 7 billion.

  • Hui Wing Mau chairs Shimao Property Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed real estate developer with projects in more than 80 Chinese cities.
  • In early 2016 he became the second largest shareholder in Mason Financial Holdings, a Hong Kong-headquartered financial services business.
