Aleksandr Vladimirovich Frolov is the CEO of Evraz, one of the largest steel producers. In 2013, the company became the largest Russian producer of coking coal. According to Forbes list of billionaires, he has a net worth of $2.4 billion as of March 2018. He ranks #1,161 on Forbes’ List of Billionaires.
