Ruopeng Liu

Dr Ruopeng Liu is the Founder of Kuang-Chi Science, a Hong Kong exchange listed company engaged in the novel space services and other innovative technology with disruptive innovations and technologies.

Ruopeng is an authority in metamaterials and developed the ‘invisible cloak’ as a graduate with other Kuang-Chi founders in early 2010.They established Kuang-Chi in Shenzhen in July 2010.

Kuang-Chi’s products and solutions include New Meta-RF Satellite Communication Products, Super Wi-Fi Wireless Internet Solutions, Intelligent Photonic Technology and Novel Electromagnetic Metamaterials.

Ruopeng has a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University in the US.
