Born in 1969, Li Yingtao holds a doctorate degree from Harbin Institute of Technology.
Li Yingtao joined Huawei in 1997 and has served as Chief of the Sweden Research Center, Director of the Product Mgmt Dept of Wireless Marketing, Director of the Research Dept of Products & Solutions, Director of the General Technology Office of Products & Solutions, President of the Central Research & Development Unit, President of the 2012 Laboratories, Director of the Integrated Technology Management Team, member of the Human Resources Committee, and member of the SDC.
